The growing frequency of extreme weather events is already becoming evident across the EU. As the consequences of climate change increase, the impact on health, social and emergency services will clearly intensify. This conference aims to identify the coming challenges of climate change for health, social and emergency services, looking at past responses, asking if and how our services are prepared at present and how best we can prepare for the future.
